What you might see

You want everything gone — your account, your study history, your lists — or you are asking what data we hold and how to remove it.

What's happening

Deleting your account from your profile page wipes all of your user data from our servers. The only copy that survives is inside routine server backups, which we keep for operational recovery and do not use to restore individual accounts.

Kanjiverse is a free app: there are no purchases, subscriptions, or billing records tied to your account, so there is nothing to cancel, dispute, or refund.

What to do

Open your profile, choose delete account, and confirm. If the in-app option is unreachable for you (for example you are locked out), send feedback from the app or email us and we will delete the account server-side.
